Working with Chris Liu-Beers and Tomatillo Design to launch our stunningly re-branded website was a nonprofit Director’s dream. Every step of the process, we felt Chris’s commitment to use his skill and talent, as well as his own nonprofit experience, to strengthen and elevate the work of other nonprofits. Chris listened deeply to our vision for how our website could most fully represent our organization’s mission and work. We came in with minimal website design experience, but for each of our ideas, Chris taught us innovative tools and techniques to transform those ideas into beautiful, practical website features and structures for ‘user flow.’

We are thrilled with the end result — but what many people can’t see is the equally excellent quality of Chris’s work process. An enthusiastic, clear, and patient teacher, he also empowered me and my co-workers to confidently manage the website.
